PACE Pro ("PACE," "we," "us"), a Third Fourth company, operates the pacepro.io website and the PACE growth platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, email, business name, website URL, and anything you submit through our forms (such as the free site audit or contact form) or enter into your account.
- Customer business data. For customers, the content, settings, and business details you add, and the content we generate on your behalf (pages, blog posts, social posts, campaigns, and related reporting).
- Automatically collected data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, and cookies used for essential site function and analytics.
- Authorized third-party data. Data you choose to connect through services like Google (see "Google user data" below).
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including generating, publishing, optimizing, and reporting on content and campaigns.
- To respond to your inquiries, deliver the free site audit, and provide support.
- To maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Google user data (Google API Services)
When you connect a Google account (for example, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Ads), you authorize PACE to access specific data through Google OAuth. We use that data solely to provide the features you request, such as reading search and analytics performance to report on and improve your presence, and, where you authorize it, managing advertising campaigns on your behalf.
Limited Use. PACE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We request only the scopes needed for the features you use.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or with your consent.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- You can revoke PACE's access at any time from your Google Account permissions, and you may request deletion of stored Google data by contacting us.
How we share information
We share information only with: service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and AI content processing) under confidentiality obligations; when required by law or legal process; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and your rights
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will honor applicable data-protection rights.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) across the Service and encrypted database backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for core site functionality and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
